A project financed by the United Dutch Foundations in 2004. The aim of the project was repairs of the library and a new braille printer.
- "Access to information in the electronic fund of the National Library for the Blind." Project financed by the National Culture
Fund. The aim of the project was to add 64 titles to the electronic fund.
- "Access to information is a key to the social integration of people with visual
impairment- an Internet course for 7." Financed by the FRSI in 2004.
- "Concert" project financed by the National Center for Music and Dances at the Ministry of Culture in 2004. The NLLB "Louis Braille 1928" was the leading candidate in this project.
The aim of the project was to organise a concert of blind musicians.
- A project financed by the National Book Center at the Ministry of Culture in 2004. NLLB was
a leading candidate in this project and the aim was to produce braille books.
- "Cultural Integration" Project financed by the National Center for Music and Dances at the Ministry of Culture in 2004. "Louis Braille 1928" was a leading candidate.
The aim of the project was the inclusion of blind musicians in music festivals.
- A project financed by the National Book Center at the Ministry of Culture in 2003. NLLB was a leading candidate. The
aim was to produce braille books.
- "Light in the Songs" project financed by the National Center for Music and Dances at the MC in 2003. NLLB was a leading candidate.
The aim was to organise a concert of blind musicians.
- "Road to social integration "project financed by the FRSI in 2003. The aim of the project was to produce books for the blind children - a book
of a Bulgarian author and "Harry Potter" of J.K Rowling.
- "Encouragement of the professional realisation of blind masseurs." Financed by the PHARE ACCESS in 2002. NLLB was a leading candidate on the project. The aim of the project was to organise refreshment courses for masseurs in order for them to regain their right to practice. We also produced textbooks in
an accessible format for them and helped them in finding a job.
- "New access to literature for the blind" financed by the PROON of the MC in 2002. NLLB was a leading candidate on the project The aim of the project was to produce fiction literature titles
in braille and to add 200 titles to the electronic fund.
